Birgit Kaufmann is responsible for Global Sales for SAP® Customer Experience.

Birgit has returned to msg global solutions in 2020, after extensive experiences the last 10 years outside of msg global solutions. After more than 25 years in the reinsurance and primary insurance industry, she focuses on a Global Go-to-Market Strategy to drive Customer Experience in the Financial Service Industry. In close collaboration with our country organizations and the SAP Sales Teams, she creates a uniquely positive experience for Insurance & Banking End-Customers, Employees and Sustainability for Companies.
