Ed Wilczynski serves as the Executive Vice President of msg global solutions, Inc., USA, with primary responsibility for leading U.S. operations.
With a career spanning more than 30 years, Ed has extensive experience in operational and program management, as well as systems development and solutions integration to support business objectives within the investment, retirement services and property and casualty insurance industries.
Ed began his career in the United States Navy, where he gained technical design and development skills and acquired large-scale project management experience. After an honorable discharge, he quickly moved into the insurance vertical, spending more than 11 years at The Hartford in a variety of Property & Casualty claims business and technology management positions.
At MassMutual Financial Group, he spent 14 years as a senior leader, 11 of which as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions. This position included responsibility for MassMutual’s Global SAP Competency Center, its portfolio of corporate applications, its customer and employee portals, its Enterprise Information Management Practice, Office of IT Audit/SOX, and IT learning and development organization. Known for his ability to successfully build high-performance teams, manage multiple entities and nurture partnerships, Ed also served as the technology liaison to MassMutual International LLC.
Prior to joining msg global in April 2013, Ed founded his own firm, spending several years as an independent executive IT consultant focused on strategy, executive alignment, and project delivery in the insurance industry.
Ed holds a BS in Business Administration & Computer Information Systems from Western New England University, where he currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Dean, School of Business. He enjoys biking and hiking and resides in Ludlow, MA with his wife, Katie.
