Patrick Miller serves as the Managing Director of Sales & Business Development for the Primary Insurance and Banking division of msg global solutions, Inc., USA.
With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, Patrick oversees the company’s North American primary insurance project and program management efforts, including projects in core insurance and finance, implementation of policy management, business process optimization, and contact and lead management.
His experience in business transformation efforts, operations, customer service and systems implementation is complemented by his expertise in IT, including the development of policy management and producer integration projects. His background also spans strategic marketing, including sales tools, eBusiness applications and CRM, BI projects, and processes to increase efficiency at the point of sale.
Prior to joining msg global solutions in 2011, Patrick held leadership positions with SAP, the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and HCL. As senior industry principal with SAP, Miller gained experience with all facets of SAP’s financial services and insurance-specific solutions, as well as large and complex accounts and deal management. At Chubb Group, Patrick led the insurer’s e-Business CRM strategy, which resulted in a shorter lifecycle for quoting and service requests; a drastically improved lead generation, prioritization and tracking system; and implementation of the sales transformation process.
Patrick’s passion is the business development process, helping clients forge a path to efficient and cost-effective solutions.
In his free time Patrick enjoys movies, two-man beach volleyball, trips with his son, and serving as assistant scoutmaster to his son's Boy Scout troop.
